It's great to be so close to the beach, but this hotel is convenient to have a free shuttle bus to take you to-and-from the train station and closer to the restaurants area. the room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. the staffs were really helpful and always polite.

Though the lobby and first floor were luxuriously done, the hallways and the outside of the building didn't seem well maintained.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the onsen baths were the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the nearby historical landmarks. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit in the area. Plus, the location right beside the beach provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere to unwind.

That there weren't many dining options within walking distance, so we had to drive or take a taxi to get to restaurants. the price for the room was a bit higher than we were used to paying, but it was worth it for the great location and excellent service.

The hotel was very pricey, and it didn't include any meals. We also found it difficult to communicate with the staff, as they didn't speak much English. Additionally, we were disappointed by the lack of upkeep in the hallways and exterior of the building. We feel that the hotel needs to focus more on maintaining the overall appearance of the establishment.
